A 20-year-old, Hindu Chandomal Meghwad s/o Telio Meghwad is found dead, hanging by neck in village jamdayo, Sinjhoro, Sanghar, Sindh-Pakistan. Injuries on his head ; body tells that he was tortured before hanging. Police  portray as suicide or will frame victims family as always.
